4-Week Infant Massage Class
Diksha's classes are taught over 4 weeks, to give both the parent and baby time to learn and become comfortable with the massage. Each week, parents learn strokes for a new part of the body while reviewing strokes from previous classes. So new strokes are learned, and previous information is reinforced. Diksha will teach a little at a time to ensure that you are confident with every aspect and your baby doesn’t get overstimulated. Each class will be 1-1.5 hours!
The Fee for this class is $100. A $10 early registration discount will apply when registration is mailed 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the class, or if you have been Diksha's birth client.
Advanced Doula Skills Class for BBI Trained Doulas (only)
This class will go deeper into biomechanics and body balance, focusing on simple, foundational things you can teach clients to help prepare their bodies during pregnancy and support better balance for birth.
We’ll also spend time practicing birthing positions, movements, and hands-on techniques so you’ll leave with practical tools you can use right away.
The fee for the class is $175.

Body Ready Birth Class

State-Approved Doula Training (Registration Open)
Washington State-Approved Doula Training Program offering 32 hours of comprehensive, in-person education taught on two full weekends. This training fully meets the requirements for doulas to apply for Washington State Doula Certification, a vital step toward enrolling with ProviderOne (Medicaid) to bill state insurance for your services.
