Class Description: Body Ready Birth The Body Ready Parent class provides essential education, preparation, and practical exercises to help participants feel emotionally, mentally, and physically ready for the birthing and postpartum periods. This workshop is designed for you and your birth partner to: ~ Explore inner work and develop tools for effective communication and education. ~ Gain insight into the labor flow and prepare for birth. ~ Learn hands-on techniques to increase comfort and connection with your partner during labor. ~Understand your body and learn how to open your pelvis effectively. ~ Gain confidence in knowing how to move during labor to assist your baby’s progress. You will receive a comprehensive packet of handouts and videos featuring movement techniques, birthing positions, and tips on maintaining pelvic balance. Participant Expectations 1. Physical Activity: Participants acknowledge that the workout videos and exercises included in the class may involve physical activity. Participants are responsible for consulting with their healthcare provider before engaging in any exercise. 2. Access to Workout Videos: After the class, Participants will receive a link to the workout video library. Sharing the link with others is strictly prohibited. 3. Liability Waiver: Participants understand and accept that they are responsible for their own health and safety during the class and while using the workout videos. The Facilitator is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages. Facilitator Commitments 1. Provide a well-structured and informative class session. 2. Share the link to the workout video library within 24 hours of the class. 3. Offer support and answer any questions related to the class content. Payment Terms 1. Payment Due: Payment of $175 must be made in full at the time of registration to secure a spot in the class. 2. Cancellation Policy: Participant cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the class start time to be eligible for a credit toward a future class. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded or credited.
