What’s the Class Like?

Diksha’s infant massage classes span 4 weeks, allowing parents and babies to gradually learn and adapt. Each week introduces strokes for a new body part while reinforcing previous ones, building confidence without overwhelming your baby. Classes last 1–1.5 hours and cover pressure, rhythm, bonding, baby’s cues, positioning, and relaxation techniques, all demonstrated by an experienced instructor.

  • Format: Small groups (7–10 families) for personalized attention; baby-led, so crying is welcome!

  • Benefits: Supportive, fun sessions where parents connect and share experiences.

  • Age: Best for babies from birth to sitting.

  • In-Person: $100 for 4 classes (1 hour each) at True Self Yoga

    • Register 3 weeks early or bring a friend for a $10 discount!

  • Virtual: $65 for 4 classes (1 hour each) via Zoom
